Performance art is not just an art discipline. Its ambition is to express culture.
'State of Move' is an international performance art festival that comes to fill the apparent gap of such events in Helsinki, and create a space for cultural expression, exchange and engagement among emerging and established performance artists and their audience.
Besides this, 'State of Move' aims to create links between Finland, the UK and Poland, countries with strong conceptual and performance art traditions, to bring together eastern and western approaches.
